We wish to share an important update regarding our retail operations. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our retail operations and storefront (NQ Mobile Hub). The final day of the retail store trading will be 31 December 2025.
Please be assured that we will continue to support you beyond this date. Although our retail premises will close, our commitment to providing service remains unchanged. This transition will allow us to expand our mobile, on-site, and remote support services, ensuring we can continue to assist you wherever you are.
Please note that from 19 December 2025, we will no longer be able to sell new Telstra plans, services, or products.
Spare parts and other products will continue to be available. With the closure of the retail store after 31/12/2025, pickups will be by prior arrangement, or our team can deliver directly to you for convenience.
We sincerely thank everyone who has supported our retail business over the years. Your loyalty has been truly appreciated, and we look forward to continuing to work with you through our dedicated service operations.
